Cheongsam by design have 2 long cuts(slits) at either side of the hem for convenient movement and display of the slender legs of the lady wearer.
Unlike a short-length skirt, the slits of a Cheongsam expose a woman's legs indistinctly when she walks, giving a sense of blurred emotional appeal.......
